Introduction
Most adults in many countries, including in Indonesia, are overweight or obese. That means many of us are eating more than we need, and should eat less. And it's not just food: some drinks can also be high in calories. Most adults need to eat and drink fewer calories in order to lose weight, even if they already eat a balanced diet.
A balanced diet is one that gives your body the nutrition it needs to function properly. In order to get truly balanced nutrition, you should obtain the majority of your daily calories from fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. The average person needs to eat about 2,000 calories every day to maintain his or her weight.
Now, it's your job to promote an ideal menu for young people – adults (14 – 30 years old). You and your group will create a power point presentation promoting the importance of a healthy balanced diet for us.
Can you do it? Have fun and good luck!

You have to create a power point presentation about an ideal menu of healthy diet. You will present it on the 14th meeting.
