What are the Seasons?

Introduction

We need help decorating our class with all of our favorite seasons! Your job is to pick your favorite season (fall, winter, spring, or summer), and do research on all of the important things about that season to share with, and decorate our class.  Look at websites to find out more about your season.  You will draw a picture of the season that you choose as well as one thing that you like about the season.  We want our calendar and weather wall to be decorated with all of the seasons so that we can enjoy them all throughout the school year.  Have fun, and good luck!

Task

Now that you have read about what we are doing, you need some details in order to move forward! Our calendar and weather wall needs your help to look its best.  You will need to become an expert and learn everything there is to know abou your favorite season. Look at the websites provided to find out about the weather, holidays, and other things associated with your season.

You will be able to find this information by going through the websites given for each season.  After you have looked at the websites and collected some facts you will need to create a picture showing us what your favorite season is all about.  Then, you will write a short paragraph about your season and why it is your favorite.

Process

Your job: You will be working to collect facts about the season of your choosing.  After looking at these websites you will need to create a picture, as well as a paragraph about your season, including any holidays, other aspects associated with it, and your favorite thing about that season.

You may look at these websites to find information for this project!
