You have been chosen to be one of Iraq's team of archaeologists to find out more about the Sumerian gods and goddesses. You will become an expert in the subject after these few activities. After you complete these activities you will be ready to be shipped to Iraq to start digging. Good luck.

1. The cities are at war and each god is taking a side, split the Anunnaki among five cites. How many gods are protecting each city?

2. Assume the cities set aside one third of their food supply for the gods. What amount of food does the god get if they had 189 pounds of wheat?

3. After the Sumerians failed to protect their city the goddess decided to punish them she made it flooded and kill 98 out of 300 Sumerians in that city. What percent of the civilians were killed?
