Introduction

Before you can begin cooking, you need to know some basic information.

 

Measuring your ingredients accurately and following recipe directions is essential if you want your food to turn out well and tasty!

You will use the techniques you learn to perpare the Oatmeal Dream Cookie recipe.  During cookie preparation you will film your techniques to create a video demonstration of your cookie recipe.

Task

You will begin by exploring several websites and watching several videos about proper measurement during cooking and food safety.

After you have explored these two topics your group will use proper measuring techniques to prepare a cookie recipe.  Your group will make a video clip of the cookie recipe preparation.
