Introduction

In this WebQuest you will learn the different types of exercises and the correct way to do each exercise. Doing each exercise will benefit you more in the long run, and it will also lower your risk of getting injuried. You will also answer the following questions:

What are some activities you can do for Endurance?

What are some activities you can do for Strength?

What are some activities you can do for Balance?

What are some activities you can do for Flexbility?

How far is a mile?

Should you do a warmup before stretching?

Do exercise help improve stress? 

How much exercise should you do?

Do you need to lose weight before exercising?

List the different activities you can do for each exercise.

Task

There are four different types of exercises. Endurance which increases your breathing and heart, Strength makes your muscles stronger, Balance help prevent falls and Flexbility stretches your muscles to give you more movement during exercises. 

Do an activity for each exercise.

Mark your progress.
