Anxiety

Introduction

Anxiety is unlike many disabilities.  Anxiety affects the body mentally and physically.  Imagine living each day from dusk until dawn worrying about when your next panic attack will arrive.  The worry alone is enough to completely shut down a person.  With so much worry physical systoms are very common. Hot flashes, shaking, loss of breath, dizzyness and rapid heartbeat are all common when one goes through an anxiety/panic attack.  There is no cure for this disability.  Therapy and medication are used on many to help them cope with the dibilatating thoughts and symptoms.
