Unusual Ocean Animals

Introduction

Good day animal explorers!  You work for a company that studies unusual animals everyday.

Sea Nettles

Task

Your group is asked to locate an unusual animal that lives in the sea.

Leader:   You are to check the spelling, puncutation, and grammer of each member of your group.

Person 1:  Find out where this animal lives.

Person 2: Find out how they reproduce.

Person 3: Find out what and how they eat.

Leader will write the summary: Why did group choose this animal?

Process

Step one:

Go into your google account and locate the document that was shared by Mrs. Grant in your Google drive.  It will be marked "Unusual Animals, Project two."

Head up:

Our Animals Name

(Picture of the animal)

The names of the members of the group

in alphabetcial order

Grade

Teacher's Name

Date

Computer Class

Make sure that the the information is neat along with picture of the animal.

You will not need to save anything.  The work with be saved automatically.

Step two:

The leader will send an email message to Mrs. Grant stating that the the group is finished.  The message should say that te group is finished, the teacher's name and grade.

Before you start you will pick which animal you are going to be reporting on. No animal will be used more than once per class.

Next we will spend one class day in the computer lab where you can research your animal. I highly recommend that you spend some time outside of class to work on this project.

At the end of this project you will tell me through some type of report: 

  • where does the animal live ?
  • how does it reporduce?
  • how does it survive?
  • why did you pick this animal?

Here are the points that you will earn:

5 -- All information is correct. Presentation has no spelling or grammar errors. It is creative and colorful. 

4 -- All information is correct. Presentation has some spelling or grammarical errors. It is creative and colorful.

3 -- Most information is correct. Presentation has some spelling or grammarical errors. 

2 -- Most information is correct. Presentation has lots of spelling or grammarical errors.

1 -- Some information is correct. Presentation has lots of spelling or grammarical errors.

0 -- Student did not complete a presentation.

Conclusion

In the end all of you should be able to tell something interesting about your animal.
