Space Webquest

Introduction

Your an astronaut about to go to space and you know nothing about space. Space is a never ending void of planets and galaxies that humans just wish to explore, but with this webquest you can explore it! Pleanty of websites and different sources have information about space and we'll be finding it.

Task

Activity one you just need to draw three pictures from https://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/imagegallery/iotd.html

For activity two you need to find the price of liquid nitrogen on Google.

For activity three you need to read http://www.nasa.gov/audience/forstudents/k-4/stories/nasa-knows/what-is… and write a paragraph summary.

For the last activity you need to watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnoNITE-CLc and write about your activities in space. 

Process

The first activity is an art activity.

You will need to go to  https://www.nasa.gov/multimedia/imagegallery/iotd.html and pick three images and draw the pictures that you chose on the same paper.

The second activity is reasurch. 

You will need to find the price of liquid hydrogen. (Rocket fuel)

The third activity is an science activity.

Go to http://www.nasa.gov/audience/forstudents/k-4/stories/nasa-knows/what-is… and read and write a one paragraph essay summerizing what you read.

The last activity is a creativity.

Watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnoNITE-CLc and write about your adventures in space.

Evaluation

Activity one will be graded on color and neatness.

Activity two will be graded on accuracy.

Activity three will be graded on accuracy.

Activity four will be graded on creativeness.
