Welcome to my WebQuest on velocity! Doing the next few activities will help you become an expert on velocity and learn how to increase it.
Task
You will be completing 4 activities to become an expert on velocity. The 4 activities you will be completing are reading, researching, science, and gaming.
Process
Task 1) Reading.
Read the blog on the following site and list 5 facts that you have learned from the website.
Velocity is very important to softball pitching. Velocity is

Task 2) Researching.
Use your main search engine to find an activity revolving around velocity. Finish that activity and turn it in to your teacher.
Task 3) Science.
Use the scientific method to chart how long it takes a thrown ball to hit its target. Do the drills on the following website and chart your times again.

Evaluation
Activity 1) Reading.
You will be evaluated by completion, spelling, and will recieve 4 points for each statement for a total of 20 points.
Activity 2) Reserching.
You will be evaluated on completion for a total of 10 points.
Activity 3) Science.
You will be evaluated on completion and will recieve 5 points for each drill. You will recieve 25 points.
Activity 4) Gaming.
This activity is almost a freebie. You will recieve 5 points completion.
Conclusion
Congratulations you have successfuly finished this WebQuest! You are now an expert on velocity!
