The prime duty of a teacher or a trainer is to plan, deliver and evaluate teaching and learning. Teacher need to design a good lesson inorder to achieve the learning goal. A good design of a lesson will ensure smooth delivery of teaching and learning process in the classroom. There are many Instructional Design (ID) models available for teachers to guide them to pouduce an effective lesson.
You as a primary school teacher need to design effective lesson before delivering to students. As such you need to study various ID models and use them as aguide to design all your teaching lesson.
