Introduction

This WebQuest is designed to educate and assit us teachers in infectous and comminicable diseases around our school enviroment and how they can introduce the topic to their grade 3 and 4 students students. It is very important to maintain a healthy workplace, which can be difficult at times when working around our little people so there needs to be btter education around these diseases and hopefully as a result there will be a decrease in illness in the school enviroment.
Task
The purpose of this PD session is to inform you about the diseases that are within our school community. With your class ask the students to use the following websites to research the questions below about Headlice present their findings in a powerpoint prestenation or poster.
In this webQuest we will explore the causes and preventions of headlice as it a growing epidemic at our school.
