How To Do A Proper Deadlift

Introduction

Today we will be learning how to do a proper Deadlift.

Task

You will learn how to do a proper Deadlift with proper form.

Process

When performing a Deadlift the steps are simple

  1. Feet shoulder width apart
  2. Have a flat back
  3. Hands must be evenly distrbuted on bar
  4. Lift with your legs!!!
  5. Head facing towards the sky
  6. Arms straight down and elbows locked
  7. Lift a weight that you know you can lift to aviod injury

Evaluation

im looking for the simple steps you must take for proper form

  1. proper feet positioning
  2. proper stance
  3. proper weight on the bar
Conclusion

In conclusion if you follow these steps you will be able to have great form and perform a proper Deadlift, and look just like the pros!!! Also you will prevent injury when doing this excercise  and will get maximum muscule gain.
