Introduction

Anne Frank's story is one of many during a sad and gruesome time in history.  On this WebQuest  you will learn more about the victims and survivors and the terror they faced.  

Task

There are 5 tasks you must complete to finish your quest. Each task will show you new things that will help you to understand the fear that Anne Frank and her companions had of their future.

Identification Cards

At this site you will find Identification Cards of victims and of the Holocaust.  Scroll through and read their stories.  You will need to choose 3 people and write a brief summary about what happened to them.

Here you will find the story of 6 survivors.  As you click on each one you will find audio clips of their experiences and feelings.  Listen to them and you will hear a very human account of what happened.

 After listening, choose 1 of these surviviors and write a reflection on what you have heard.  How did it make you feel?  What were you surprised about?  What spoke to your heart?
