Introduction
Have you ever wanted a treehouse? I know I always wanted one! How cool would it be if you could create your own treehouse? Now is your chance! Would you include a tv? What about a bunk bed? The possibilities are endless.

Task
Task
Students will create their own original tree house design on graph paper. Student must be able to fit their design on one piece of graph paper. Students must use geometric shapes to represent the different items they include. Student will also need to label or have a key for what each shape represents.
Process
Process
1. Think about what you may want the inside of your treehouse to look like. Do you want one room or two? Or maybe even more? What do you want to include in each room? A couch, bookshelf, or something else? It is your tree house, it's up to you.
2. Begin drawing with a pencil of what you want the inside to look like. Be sure to include doors and windows along with your desired furniture and accessories.
3. When you are happy with how it looks, make sure to label everthing.
4. Then take a plain piece of paper to draw what you want the outside to look like. You may color in with crayons.
