Objectives:
Working in two small groups...
- Define what makes a prairie.
- Describe the types of prairies found in Missouri and where they are located.
- Investigate the main types of plants found in prairies including grasses, forbs and woody plants.
- Study the adaptations of species of animals that make the prairie home including insects, birds, reptiles and mammals.
- Finally, create a 10 question kahoot to test your classmates' prairie knowledge based on the research you have completed.
