PROJECT #1 DESCRIBE YOURSELF AND SOMEONE ELSE

Introduction

Learning how to describe yourself and someone else accurately is something we usually have to put some effort into.

Remember to use effective and positive qualities to describe both.

Task

On Tuesday 27th at CELI you would need to make a speech to describe yourself and somebody else.

Also an essay needs to be develop in a 81/2 x 11 paper.  One half to describe yourself and the other to describe the oper person that you chose.

Therefore the following materials are needed:

1) Cardboard

2) Picture of you and Picture of the other person (if you want to draw the faces on the cardboard, all kind of materials are more than welcome to use)

3) 8 1/2 x 11 paper

4) Imagination and Energy

Process

1) On the Cardboard please paste the pictures or if you choose to drraw them, please do so.  Creativity is also been considered.

2) During the speech you would need to use:

 2.1 Adjectives  (page 7)

2.2 Simple present Tense (page 5)

2.3 Wh questions with be or with other verbs. (page 5)

2.4 be +adjective (page 10)

2.5 have/has / adjective  (page 10)

3) Prepare a summary of the information you are going to provide in a 8 1/2 x 11 paper; half to describe you and the other half for the other person you chose to describe.

4) you can sent the document (summary) through email if you want.

5) Is important to take in consideration all of these details and tips.  Teacher can be conduct.

Evaluation

You will be score on this Proyect #1 using the CELI Project Rubric Template where the Oral skills and the writing skills will be evaluate from 4 points to 0 points each category where the frequency is Always, Frequently, Sometimes,Rarely  and Never.

Total of Points is 50 .
