Introduction

In order to refresh and practice research skills you will be researching some holidays from different countries and cultures.

Task

Your task is to visit each of the provided links. You will read the information provided and answer research questions. You will create a properly formatted works cited page using Easy Bib. 

Process
  1. Copy and paste the questions below into a Word doc. You will need to paste the questions FOUR times.

What is the purpose of or reason for the celebrating the holiday?

When/where/how did the holiday originate?

Where is the holiday celebrated today?

Who celebrates the holiday? (a particular religion or group of people?)

How is the holiday celebrated? What are the custioms associaed with it? (things like songs, food, gift giving, costumes, etc.)
