In the United States we have many symbols which stand for the beliefs of our country. During our quest we willbe learning these symbols and finding out what they mean to us.
Task
TASK:
Your mission: You will learn about 4 symbols and what they mean to the United States of America.
- Your team will have 4 members. Each team member will be the expert on 1 symbol.
- You will write notes in your social studies journal to help you remember the facts.
- When you are done with the quest you will each make a page for the book of symbols you will be creating together.
Process
Process:
- To begin your quest you will click on each link to learn facts about that symbol.
- You will take notes or draw pictures in your social studies notebook.
- After you are finished you will each choose a symbol and draw a picture of it on the paper I have given you.
- You will write 3 facts about that symbol.
- I will bind these pages together to create a book about symbols.
