Introduction
The Roman Colosseum was a place were the Romans went to watch big events such as chariot races wild boar fights and gladiators.The Colosseum is shaped like the modern day football stadium. It stood about 160 feet and covered 6 acres of land .This was important to the Romans because it provided a place for them to be entertained. Also it kept mischief ouf of trouble.
