Introduction

Rome was a great civilation. It was heavily infuenced by some cultures and heavily influenced others in turn. One of Rome greatest contributions to the world was its system of laws. The Roman sense of justice has been passed to many nations, and even the United States barrowed some of Rome's legal principles. In this lesson you will look over some of Rome's legal practises and compare them to present day nations.
