Introduction

When choosing a career, you must consider all of your options. Be it either a truck driver or a industrial maintainance, you need to know as much as you possibly can about the businesses or companies you may have an interest. You may ask yourself, what is there to know? Why research possible employers?

This is where the 'quest' in webquest begins. Shall we move on? Yes, we shall!

                                

                                    

         

Task

When job hunting or trying to decide on a career path, research is critical. For this activity, we will focus on the company/industry profiles.

After accessing the three provided websites, you will answer the following questions for each company/industry profie:

1. Why did you choose this company?

2. What is the company's target market?

3. Identify three careers that each company employs? 

Process

There are many ways to research a company. One way is to Google the name of a company; however, this requires you to know the company's name, right? Another possible research method is to Google a job description, for example, teacher or engineer. Way too much information! So, I have done a little research for you!
