Process
In this Web Quest you will be visiting different websites to learn about the five major Native American Tribes in Florida. As you go through the websites and learn about the Native Americans, you will be taking notes in Microsoft Word to help you create your tree map in the Evaluation section.
1. Open the Microsoft Word program by clicking the icon on your desktop. Under "File" choose "New" and open the document. Choose "Save As" under "File" and save document to desktop named "Native American Web Quest".
2. Using Firefox*, go to Timucua Kid Page:

Go through all 10 question links and choose 2 activities to print out and complete. When all is completed, go back to Microsoft Word to summarize what you learned about the Timucua.

Evaluation
Use bubbl.us at https://bubbl.us/mindmap to create a thinking map to tell about the three tribes you have chosen. Make sure to tell where the tribe lived, the food they ate, and the type of house they lived in. Each tribe has to have at least five attributes listed.
When complete, save the thinking map to the desktop and print out a copy to turn in.
