Introduction

In todays society we are so focused on fitness and our appearance. With that said how come we host one of the highest obesity rates in the world then? A lot of this is because most of our jobs are based around sitting at a desk or a chair for the majority of the day. The question is how are we to make sure that we live a healthy life where we find the balance between exercise and work. Our job is to make sure that people are educated on how they can stay in good shape both physically and mentaly. The only question is how? These questions will be answered throoughout this webquest.

Task

This issue that a lot of people have is that they dont realize how truly important it is to have a good diet. Although exercise is a crucial part of being healthy, its not the number one thing. As long as youre getting some type of exercise you should be good. However the most important thing to have is a healthy diet. If you have a healthy diet and eat the right foods then that makes up for some of the exercise that you may not be getting. The first thing is to construct a healthy eating plan. The next thing is to create a workout regiment that you can follow. And then lastly create a way to record both tasks to see the gains.
