Introduction
You and three friends have just discovered a small country as you were traveling the world. This new country is Xanthia. Xanthia's government is failing, the once prospering country is now starting to fall apart. Crime is on the rise, the city is starting to decay, and the economy is faltering. It is up to you and your friends to restore Xanthia back to a prospering country.
Task
You and your friends, the "cabinet", have been given the task of implementing a new system of government and must choose between Autocracy, Democracy, Oligarchy, and Republic. The citizens are counting on your cabinet to restore order, peace, and harmony back to Xanthia.
