Aztecs and Incas WebQuest

WHAT IS THIS WebQuest ABOUT?

•  You will gather artifacts and information about the Aztecs and the Incas.  
•  You may only use the sources provided for you by your teacher.
•  As you do your work in this project, precisely follow instructions, never hesitate to seek help, manage your time well and use the rubric to ensure that you are doing everything properly.

HAVE FUN!

-You are a museum curator. A museum curator manages the collections of a museum, as well as plans, displays and catalogs collection items.

-Planning and overseeing tours, programs and workshops are also part of a museum curator's duties. One of the main duties of a museum curator is to obtain artifacts and design exhibits.

-In history museums, a museum curator may need to travel to obtain these items. In this case, you will be travelling in the world-wide-web.

- The particular musem display that you will design will revolve around the Aztecs and the Incas. 

-In this WebQuest you will be gathering your information and artifacts.  Later, you can sketch out your actual museum.

-You will be completing the Aztecs and Incas WebQuest.  You will become a museum curator on this WebQuest.  You will be gathering artifacts about Aztecs, Incas, and the Spanish Conquistadors.  Read the Introduction and the Task part of the WebQuest.  After you read those two things then you are ready to become an official museum curator and to begin collecting artifacts!  Follow the directions on the WebQuest and have fun!

 - Visit the Web site to gather information for the Aztec chart. Write down the information on your notes page.

 -Visit the Web site to collect at least 1 Aztec artifact.
