Introduction
Greetings, fifth and first grade buddies! Welcome to Squantum Search! We have been asked to complete the very important task of finding a mascot for our new school. There are so many different mascots to choose from. Do the Squantum Tigers sound like fierce competitors? Or does the Squantum Superstars have just the right ring to it? We are depending on you to help us make the right decision. Are you ready to make our school proud?
Task
During this process you will be asked to do 3 things:
1. Research mascots and logos from various sources.
2. Design a t-shirt with your logo idea.
3. Write a short paragraph with your "buddy" on why your logo should be chosen.
Process

2. Once you have decided on your mascot and logo, visit customink.com to design a t-shirt with your school logo. Click here to visit the site http://www.customink.com/lab?PK=133900.
-if you have designed a logo on your own, you may upload it to CustomInk. Mrs. Griffith will help you!
3. Print design
4. Using Microsoft Word, type a short paragraph stating at least (3) reasons why you think your mascot would be a good choice for Squantum School.
5. Turn in design and paragraph to Mrs. Griffith.
Evaluation
Here is how you will be graded:
5 points: t-shirt design and pragraph are turned in on time
5 points: paragraph os well-written with no errors
