Introduction

In this web quest, learners will be guided on how to put and design their own horizontal rule on their web pages. This can make the web page more organized and more attractive and appealing to the eyes of the audience if they will visit the web page. One goal of this web quest is to simply show the learners how to make their web page more presentable and organized for their own good.
Task

By the end of the lesson, the learners will know how to organize their web pages by putting simple rule.
Process

Edit your html file then:
- Type <HR> where you want to place or insert your rule on your web page.
- Change the thickness of your horizontal rule by typing <HR SIZE = *>, replacing * with the amount of thickness you want your rule will be look like.
- Change the width by typing <HR WIDTH = "*%">. Replace * with the desire percentage of the horizontal line across the web page. (put 50 = 50%, halfway across the web page)
- Changing the color of horizontal rule is more exciting. Type <HR COLOR = "*">. Replace * with the color you want to use for your line. Remember that replacing * with your favorite color is not easy as putting "blue". Click here for HTML Colors.
- You can also change the alignment of your horizontal line. Type <HR ALIGN = *>, where we replace * with the way you want to put your horizontal rule (left, center or right).
