Each student will research information on the compensation in the world of men and women. The goal is to see what the difference will be.

Step 1: Students will research the compensation of a woman and a man
Step 2: They will discuss the informtaion they learned in their group.
Step 3: The group will debate and discuss information they retreived from the internet and provide examples.
Step 4: The group will present their informational fndings to the class.

Studnets will obtain and learn knowlede of the compensation of men and women in the rela world. They will have a better undestadning of how pay rate are acquired to the sex of a person. They will be able to incorporate this information into their life when they enter into their careers.
