Task
TASK
The purpose of this assignment is to explore fun healthy foods that can be provided at parties' in place of junk food which are high in sugar and saturated fats.
Our school needs your help to show the other students that health foods can be presented in fun exciting ways and can be just as tasty as junk foods. In pairs you will be researching and designing a healthy menu for our end of year party that is also presented in a fun way.
Before you begin creating your menus will need to complete the FOOD PYRAMID QUIZ which will test your knowledge about the different food groups and how much of each we should be eating.
Watch the following video to help you answer the quiz on the next page.
