Introduction
We are going to learn about
FOOD!

You are going to find out by means of internet what kind of food we have to eat to feel really good, to have a nice skin or just to be beautiful!
We will find as well what kind of fitness exercises we have to do and how much sport our body needs per week.
Task

The final task will be a collage in which you will write 10 words about each ingredient of food and you will use a picture that goes with the description.
Each of you will be responsible for 2 sports and descriptions and two pieces of food and the descriptions. So, because you work in pairs, you will need 4 sports and 4 pieces of food for each collage.
When everyone has finished and has seen all other collages you will all do a quiz to see what you know about healthy food and sports.
Process
The process will be the following:
1. First of all, the class will be arranged in pairs, so... Find a partner!
2. What sports do you like? Would you like to use those sports in your collage? Talk about it with your partner!
3. If you need some support, go to www.reachout.com or www.lifehack.org. It could be interesting for you!
4. Gather the information and pictures given on the websites and print them out. You have to use your own words for the descriptions. So, do not copy every word from the internet!
5. Try to start with your collage.
6. Let's enjoy the other collages from your classmates!
7. Finally, do the quiz in order to see what you have learned.

Conclusion
As you have already learned, there are many ways to feel healthy. Sports make you exercise your body and at the same time you have fun when you practise them. You have also learned what to eat in order to feel good with yourself.
Now that you know what to eat and what to exercise with your body, perhaps one day you can be a doctor, or who knows if you can be a very fit teacher in a gym!
