Lewis and Clark Expedition

Introduction

In this webquest, you will learn about the Lewis and Clark expedition. Using the resources provided, you will learn what being a western explorer really feels like. Task

Oh No!

Thomas Jefferson has sent you a letter explaining a very devastating tragedy. He says that Lewis and Clark have run out of equiptment due to the hostile Native Americans. He want you to collect info about the quest and what is needed to cross the west alive.The requirements are that there needs to be enough materials for 15 people, all of the luggage together needs to be 150lbs or less, the cost needs to be $80.00 or less, and there needs to be tools, food, shelter, and clothing. Process

You are required to create a spreadsheet containing the materials, their weight, and their cost. Don't forget to include the total weight and cost!

You also need to create a colored, handmade map with Lewis and Clarks explored trails.
