Introduction

Hey guys, today you willl be learning about the Arabian Penninsula, Iraq, and Iran! You will have 3 fun tasks to complete in order to receive full credit. The concepts you will learn today will have to do with physical geography, history, and present day conflicts. Hope you learn more about the Arabian Peninsula just like we did making this! - Isabella and Hana. 

Task

For the physical geography of the Arabian Peninsula you will be answering four questions. The website for this will be linked under the process tab. 

For the history of the Arabian Peninsula you will be making a timeline with at least five important events. The website you will use for this will be linked in the process tab.

Finally, you will make a venn diagram comparing and constrasting Iran and Iraq daily life to daily life in the U.S. The website for this will be linked in the process tab.

Conclusion

Today you learned about the Arabian Peninsula, Iraq, and Iran. You learned about the physical geography, which includes deserts that are formed by Iran and Iraq. The area is also very rich in oil, which has helped many countries become wealthy. Some countries however, such as Yemen, still struggle. You also learned about the history of Iraq and Iran, and their conflicts with other countries. Finally, you learned about the unique culture of Iran and Iraq, and the differences between that of the U.S.
