THE NATURE OF HUMAN LANGUAGE

Introduction

It is interesting to know that the only animals that can speak are the human beings. All the animals can communicate but the only ones that can build words are the human beings. Systems of communication are not unique to human beings. Animals like the birds may communicate by sound; other animals can communicate by odors as the dogs and another can communicate by the body movement. Although human beings are able to communicate by all above means, they have a mean of communication that they are only the creatures capable to do: “Thinking and Speaking”.
