Introduction
Welcome to your future! You are ready to learn about your chosen career. You will pick a career that you would like to do when you grow up. Then you will find out facts about your job and share with the class. You may also want to invite someone you know that does this career now! Have fun exploring the future!
Task
Choose a job and then make a poster board or bring in objects from that job. You can also invite someone to come and talk about the job along with your visual.
Process
1. Pick a job!

2. Research!
- Explore what the career is all about.
- Pick out interesting facts that you want to share.
- Find pictures.
- If you know someone who also does this job, ask if they will come to class and talk. (Optional)
3. Make Your Visual! You choose which one you want to do.
Posterboard
- On your posterboard you need to put...
- Pictures of the job. You may use google for pictures. https://www.google.com
- Words that describe the job
- The name of the job
- What they do on the job
- Why you would like to have the job
- Be creative!
Stuff Sack
- In the stuff sack, include things that are from the job you choose.
- You may also want to include pictures along with your items to help explain.
- Be able to talk about how they are used. You may use note cards to help you.
- Have at least 3 items in your bag.
