It's January, 2015. A new class of fourth graders is starting keyboarding in Mrs. Franklin's computer lab. On the first day of class, Mrs. Franklin observes many bad keyboarding habits! She needs your help! Can you make a Power Point presentation that shows the new fourth graders the proper techniques for keyboarding?
Task
In your group, discuss the keyboarding information learned in class and review two Power Points about keyboarding. Use this information to help you make a photo presentation about the proper techniques for keyboarding. Include a correct example and an incorrect example.

1. Read and discuss the Power Points “Keyboarding Techniques” and “Proper Keyboarding Techniques? You Decide!!” on the following link:

2. Click the following link, and use the graphic organizer to brainstorm ideas about proper keyboarding techniques:

3. Plan your presentation and take some photos with your I Pad.
4. Choose your best two. Remember, you need a photo for the correct techniques and incorrect techniques!
5. Open the “Balloon+” App on your I Pad and choose your photos.
6. Add speech bubbles and text to your photos.
7. Save to photos.
