Introduction
Studying the influence of mass media on your lives allows you to view advertising in a different way. This WebQuest will provide you a chance to look at mass media in a critical way. You will become aware of the tremendous amount of advertising that you are exposed to on a daily basis. By looking at advertising critically, students begin to understand how the media convinces and influence people to purchase certain products, think a certain way, and display one-sided point of view.
