  3. Proteins
  4. Vitamens
  5. Minerals
  6. Water

Im going to be showing you the ideas and what each one are, also if there good for you or bad. 

Task

You will be given some Questions and you will be able to Answer these Questions from the video. If you may not know the Answer, just guess.

 

Process

Fats are sometimes good and there are thoses that are good. Trans-Fats are not that good for you'r boody
