Task

We are going to learn the passive voice structure and also vocabulary and information about health. First we are going to present a quiz to evaluate how healthy the students are so as to start discussing healthy and unhealthy habits. Then we are going to read a pasage about diseas so as to show the structure for the first time. After that we are going to discuss the function of passive voice. 

Analyze the two examples and take notes of your ideas, next class we are going to discuss it in class. 

Process
  • First the students are going to answer a quiz about how healthy they are
  • Then we are going to read a passage about diseases so as to intruduce the structure
  • After that we are going to discuss the function of passive voice 
  • Then so as to start practising we are going to do a matching activity about the reading passage
  • After that we are going to discuss how we form the passive voice (we are going to discuss the examples shown in this web quest and then they are going to prepare their own examples)
  • Then the students are going to receive some links so as to practice the topic
