Introduction
We are going to read a book inspired by the life of a modern Native American. Even though Native American culture is the original culture of our country, we do not have an in-depth understanding of how their culture has evolved under the influence of more mainstream cultures. I hope that we can agree that to truly understand why someone thinks and feels a certain way, it is important to understand their history and a little about their lives.
Task
Your task is to work together as a group to do the following:
- Choose a topic from the list on the "process" page.
- Create a multi-media presentation that other students can access to educate themselves about your topic.
- Take the resources available and summarize the content in an easy-to-undertand format in your own words.
- Each subtopic must have 7-10 original sentences.
- Each subtopic must have one picture or video.
- Each participant of the group must answer the reflection questions under the "conclusion" option. (4 group members= 4 reflections)
- You must have an MLA formatted work cited.
- Use prezi, powerpoint, or another presentation genre of your choice. All projects will be uploaded on to Ms. M's 10th grade school loop page.
