Introduction
So far this term you have been learning about the essential elements of a narrative, and how to include them in your own writing. By doing so a rich adventure is created. A well thought out and planned narrative structure adds drama, careful and precise use of figurative language paints a rich picture in the reader's mind whilst varying sentence length adds rhythm and tension throughout. So what makes a good story? What are it's main features? What sort of writing is found in a good narrative? Watch the video to find out.
Task
For this WebQuest, you are expected to:
Task 1. Give hints tips and advice on how to write an awesome narrative. You will do this by creating an informative brochure/pamphlet using the app "Brochure Maker With Templates" (find a screenshot of what the app icon looks like on Google Classroom)
Task 2. Create a vlog that gives your top 5 tips of writing a good narrative

Task 1: Brochure
The aim of writing this brochure is to provide someone with all the information they would need to write an effective narrative all on their own. Think about the tips you could have used at the start of this term!

Steps for completion:
1. Research the essential elements of a good narrative/brochure
2. Find visuals that can be used in your brochure
3. Using the Brochure Maker app, choose a template that you want to use. Your brochure must be at least 6 pages.
4. Create your brochure.
5. Share your Narrative Writing Advice Brochure with me by uploading it to the assignment link on Google Classroom.

2. Videos have to be appropriate; suitable for general viewing.
