Task
By the end of this WebQuest, you will identify:
- Identify the steps I need to become an educator.
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of teacher.
- Reflect on my personal motivation to become a teacher.
- Create a personal reflection title " Why I want to become a teacher"
Process
- Self reflection - I will think about why I want to become a teacher. What make me inspired to become one of them? What qualities do I have to become one of them?
- Research the teaching pathway - I will find information about the education I need, such as finishing my uniting and pass the licensure exam. I will make a research on what skills and values a teacher's may have.
- Explain the role of teachers - I will learn about the daily responsibilities of educators, professional ethics and both the challenges and reward of teaching.
- Connect learning to mysemyself - I will reflect on my strengths, personality and values align with the teaching profession.
- Create my outpoutput - I will prepare a reflection:
- Why do I want to become a teacher?
- What steps do I need to achieve this goal?
- What teacher do I become someday?
