Introduction

Welcome!
Throughout this WebQuest you will use your investigative powers to create a personalized list of books which interest you. You will explore three major areas of literature: American, British, and World. Within those areas you will discover different genres and explore culturally diverse selections. Your goal is to create a list of books that will grab your interest as well as broaden your horizons!
Let's go!
Task
Your task is to explore!
Poke around ... find works that spark your interest. There is truth in that old saying, "You can't judge a book by it's cover". Dig into the content a bit. Is there a character that inspires you? What about a period of time? A place? You will compile a list of books from American, British, and World Literature that you find interesting. The list will need to include a variety of works including poetry, nonfiction, women authors, and works from cultures other than your own.

Process
1. This is the table you will use to record your titles. Your goal is to list fifteen books that are interesting to you. Be sure to include five from each area of literature: American, British, and World.
