This webquest is designed to help build your background knowledge of the country of Japan, the daily life of a student in Japan, a timeline of events, the lore of the paper crane and the art of origami.
Task
Your Tasks:
1. Create a PowerPoint about the country of Japan which will show your knowledge of the country, its cities, regions and other pertinent facts.
2. Compare the daily life of a child living in Japan with your daily life here in the United States.
3. Create a Timeline of important events beginning with Pearl Harbor and concluding wih the end of WWII.
4. Research and wrtie a brief summary of the art of origami and the lore of the crane.
5. Create two origami cranes and provide an evaluation of the site that was most helpful.
