Introduction
This is a project meant for the students so that they are able to use their creativity to make a picture out of right triangles and incorporate the use of sine, cosine, and tangent as well. This project makes sure that the students understand either sine, cosine, or tangent by making come up with questions and answers.
Task
This is a fun project! Make pictures out of right triangles and having the triangles colored in a certain way so that the picture is really easy to understand. This is supposed to use your creative mind and find a way to create a picture out of right triangles!
Process
Step 1
Figure out what you want the picture to be. It might also be good if you have a picture of it so that you can have an easier time when creating the picture with the triangles.
Step 2
Draw the right triangles on a sheet of paper and draw them so that the create the picture want.
Step 3
Choose whether you want to use sine, cosine, or tangent and state that so when someone goes to figure out which equation to use. Then label two sides of each triangle so that when a person colors the picture they have to figure what the angle is to know what color of the triangle is.
Step 4
Write out what the angle is what color so that people can color the picture! Also have a picture already colored in.
Evaluation
Your work will be evaluated based on:
If picture can be seen,
if picture was made from right triangles,
if sine, cosine, or tangent have to be used to know what color to use for each triangle,
and if the picture is done and colored in.
Conclusion
Congratulations! You have made your own picture out of right triangles. This was also all from your CREATIVITY! You did it! Congratulations!

I feel like there are not a lot of projects in math, but this is one where students also get to use their imagination.
