Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment 4 is saying that no person can be accused of some crime or be arrested because of how they look or act. For example, if you are walking outside and cops stop and search you because you are wearing a hoodie or because of your color . That’s what the amendment is trying to say. Polices search people because of what they are wearing or because they are black or Hispanic.

Stop and frisk has violated the rights of people (New Yorkers). The 4th amendment gives the right to police officers to stop anyone they want and search them.

They give an example of someone walking and just because your book bag is full of books police officers have the right to stop and search your book bag. When you just have a lot of work you get stopped for no crime.

Stop and Frisk program says that’s its unconstitutional and that it violates the 4th amendment. More than 5 million people have been stopped and they were mostly black.

Because of the color of the person, they were stopped by polices. With no crime done the polices asked the guy lots of questions and searched him.

There are 9 out of 10 people say that people are being stopped because they are black or Latino. They say 90% of people are stop and frisked because of where they come from or their color.

- What the new Yorkers violated according to the federal judge is the constitutional rights.
This is a good answer I agree with this answer.
- The race considered in the Stop and Frisk when the stop and frisk is based on a specific suspect and Hispanics and Latinos.
