Introduction

                                          Web research project

All along the history there were millions of inventions that in a way were created to facilitate our lives and are important factors in our daily routine. Without people thinking of better ways to do things, or making contraptions to make work easier, life would be much different for us. 

You are asked to do research of a top-five inventions that has impacted our society in a meaningful way. Some examples may include: electricity, telephone or the bicycle. You should work with a research partner so that the results will be more beneficial.

Once you have choosen your top-five of inventions, your task will be to broden the information about each of them, including information about the inventor and some photographs.                     

Process

  1. First of all you have to investigate about the life of the inventor of your five inventions. Be as brief as possible.
  2. Next, you have to look for information about the invention itself, including date of creation, characteristics and how people´s lives changed after that.
  3. Finally, make a powerpoint with photos of your inventions and people using it.

Conclusion

Once you have organized all your material you have almost finished your project. Make sure that everything is presentable and check again if you did not commit any mistake.

After the correction of it, we will share in class all the great inventions that you have found.

This is a short webquest intended to have students become familiar with the inventions of the world and their influence in people´s lives.

This is intended for 3th year of Escuela Normal "Domingo Faustino Sarmiento" so that they may start using tecnology in class and be familiar with the usage of powerpoint.
