- What does it mean to be a digital citizen?
-When we say digital citizen, those are the kinds of people or netizens who are using different kinds of technologies responsibly. They are the ones who use various technologies like cellphones, computers, and any other technologies that they use to browse online to find helpful information, but in a responsible way and follow internet etiquette. Digital citizens know how to control themselves when using digital tools and how to limit themselves in the internet world. They are the kind of internet users who use digital technologies and the internet in appropriate ways in order to engage and participate in society online. They're the people who know how to ensure their safety and how to keep their personal information private. They know what to click, what to post, what to share, and what to take from the internet. As a matter of fact, all of us can be called digital citizens as long as we know how to follow internet policies and guidelines, and as long as we know how to discipline ourselves when it comes to using digital technologies, we can say that we are digital citizens.
2. How can you observe social, ethical, and legal responsibilities in the use of technology tools and resources?
-For me, I can observe social, ethical, and legal responsibilities in the use of technology tools and resources by following the policies and guidelines for using different platforms as well as the internet etiquette on how to use digital technologies appropriately and safely. Through controlling ourselves in sharing more important information about ourselves and limiting ourselves in communicating online, especially with people we don't even know personally and haven't met in person, we can observe social responsibility in the use of technology and resources. When it comes to our ethical and legal responsibilities, I think we should and must think twice and more before we enter and before we click something because anything we do on the internet cannot be undone and cannot be removed from the minds of other people who can see it. We must always think about our actions, and we must always protect ourselves because there are a lot of things in digital technologies that we can easily do, but we are not aware that some of them are illegal actions, and we can be punished by the owner of the website or the different platforms that we used. That's why we must always watch our actions because the digital world is not a normal world, and actually, this is a messy and risky world for us. That's why ethical actions are always important.

As you can see here in my drawing tattoo, it shows myself when it comes to using digital technologies. Why? How? Because in terms of using digital technologies, I can say that I am already a digital citizen because I am not like other users who are being too harsh in using them or the kind of users who do not think about what they are going to click. As a user, I always think about my important information and keep it private, especially when it comes to using different platforms like Facebook. I am not like others who put a lot of information and post a lot of pictures on social media. As a matter of fact, I am not posting different pictures, even my profile picture, because I know there are a lot of users who cannot control themselves from judging their physical appearance. That's why I chose not to. What I want to relate to about this tattoo is that I always think before I click anything. I always think and ask myself: What are the possible feedbacks that I will receive if I click this? What are the possible effects when I click this? Is this safe for me? Is this safe for my family? Or can it ruin my life and my dignity? That's why I draw this as my tattoo, because thinking more and more about what I am going to click saves my private life and saves the whole me in a world of digital technology.
