Stretching isa very important part of every day life and can prevent injury, as well as increase flexibility for better ease of movement.
For this class, we are going to learn how to stretch before and after physical activity.

For this class, students will get into groups of two and watch the strethcing video provided.
Students should look for:
1) The purpose of the stretch
2) The specific techniques in the stretch
3) How to do the stretch
By next class, each group will lead out the stretch in front of the class, mentioning the contents above as well as how this stretch can help them with a specific everyday activity.
