Mammals, Mammals, and more Mammals

Introduction

Do you know what a mammal is? There are so many different kinds of mammals in the world. Some we know and see everyday and

others we know nothing about and have never seen in person. Think about what mammals are and what mammal you are interested in

and would like to know more about. The goal is to learn about a certain mammal that you are interested in and be able to share that

information with the class.

Task

You are going to do some research and decide which mammal you want to learn about. Once you decide on that mammal you are going

to put together a PowerPoint presentation of interesting facts and information about that mammal. Once completed you will present your

presentation to the class showing the class what you learned about your mammal. Then at Family Fun Night you will present that same

presentation to the students and parents attending.

I designed this WebQuest so students can learn how to research a topic, such as mammals, and put together a presentation to present to an audience.
