Introduction
Let's talk about the different things we do as a class that help us be healthy. Do we know the components of being healthy? I wonder what would happen if we all tried to be healthy for the entire school year, or at least for a week. Do you think we can do it as a class?

Task
Our class is going to break up into groups of 3.
Each group will present a 7 day meal and excercise plan. Each day will be broken up and meals will be implemented. Excercise will be integrated as well. Each day will consist of 24 hours. The group is also going to write a two page paper on the information you will conduct.
Process
Each group will:
Research- Conduct internet and library research for their meal and excercise plans.
Meet- Twice a week to discuss and brainstorm the research results.
Writing- Each group will write a 2 page paper on the information that was conducted.
Oral Presentation- Each group will present their meal and excercise plans.

Conclusion
Reflection: Each individual will write a one page paper on their project. Their favorite part of the assignment along with the worst part of the assignment.
